Affordable and fixed

Affordable, fixed-price website design for small businesses

Affordable does not have to mean stripped down. A five-page site is £250, a ten-page site is £400, both one-off, and both include the full build standard: custom-built for the business, mobile-first, a working contact form, your own domain, the SEO basics, and one round of changes before it goes live. Nothing about the standard changes because the price is lower than an agency quote.

The reason the price can be fixed and low is the build process itself: an AI-assisted build system does the groundwork fast, structure, mobile layout, the SEO basics, and a person at the studio checks and finishes every site before anyone sees it. That combination is what keeps the price down without the result reading like raw, unchecked output.

What the price actually includes

Every fixed price includes the same standard: a custom build for the business described at enquiry, not a theme with a name swapped in, a mobile-first layout checked on a phone first, a working contact form, titles and meta descriptions written properly rather than left as defaults, structured data, a sitemap, Google Search Console and Analytics set up, and one full round of changes before the site goes live.

What is quoted separately, and why

A shop, online bookings, a customer portal, or anything needing its own logins and integrations does not fit inside a fixed price, because the scope varies too much job to job to promise one figure. Those are quoted once we know what is needed, rather than folded into a lower headline price with the real cost hidden behind extras later.

A domain is not an extra charge if you do not already have one, that is part of the conversation at enquiry. The only ongoing cost is entirely optional: hosting and care at £30 a month if you want the site managed and kept updated, not required to keep using a site you own outright.

Why a fixed price works better than an hourly quote

A fixed price for a fixed scope means the cost is known before work starts, and there is no meter running that turns a small project into an unpredictable bill. The trade-off is a clear one: one full round of changes, not unlimited revisions, which keeps the price fixed rather than open-ended.

Questions

Is a fixed-price site actually custom, or a template
Custom. The build is done against the actual business described at enquiry, not a theme with the name changed. The fixed price comes from the build process being fast, not from the result being generic.
What if my business needs more than five or ten pages
A ten-page site covers most businesses with more than one thing to say. Anything bigger, a shop, bookings, a customer portal, is quoted separately once we know what is actually needed.
Are there any hidden costs on top of the fixed price
No. The fixed price covers the full build standard. The only optional extra is hosting and care at £30 a month, and it is optional, not required to keep a site you own working.
