No. Every site is designed and written for one business, the one described in the brief, never a theme with the name changed. Our AI agents do the groundwork and a person at the studio designs the look, checks every page and finishes it, so each site has its own character.
Yes. A five-page site is £250 and a ten-page site is £400, both one-off. That includes the custom build, a working contact form, the SEO basics, a standard domain for the first year (or a transfer of yours) and one full round of changes. What is not included is written down on the pricing page: shops, bookings and logins are quoted separately, and care is optional.
A custom-built site of the size you pick, five pages or ten, mobile-first, with a working contact form, the SEO basics (titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, Search Console and Analytics set up), live on your own domain, and one full round of changes. The same standard applies to both tiers.
A shop, online bookings, a customer portal, or anything needing its own logins and integrations. Those are quoted separately once we know what is needed. A standard domain registration for the first year, or a transfer of your existing domain, is included. Premium domains and future renewals are not included; renewal arrangements are confirmed before launch.
You do, outright, once the build is paid for in full. Hosting and care at £50 a month is available if you want it managed and kept updated, but it is not required to keep using a site you own.
Hosting, security updates and small content changes, such as updating your contact details or replacing supplied text or photos. New pages, redesigns and additional features are quoted separately. If you choose your own hosting, the hosting requirements and handover are agreed before work starts.
Everything you want changed goes into one list and gets built in, then the site goes live. Changes requested after that round, or a change of scope partway through, are treated as new work and quoted separately, the same way any small job would be.
Yes. Extra pages added after a site is live are quoted as their own small job rather than folded into the original price, so starting smaller does not close the door on growing the site later.
