Exeter Oven Cleaning: oven and appliance cleaning website

The job
What the site had to do
Oven cleaning is a job people put off, and they want to know what it costs and whether they can use the cooker afterwards. The site had to make the hourly price, the scope and the booking simple, without a wall of text.
What we built
How it does it
Clear hourly pricing
The rate, the minimum charge and the deposit are laid out plainly, including VAT, with no call out charge hidden behind a form.
Four kinds of job
Ovens, ranges and AGA class cookers, hobs and extractors, and end of tenancy cleans each have their own card and page.
A before and after, labelled as one
A drag slider shows the same cabinet before and after the degreaser, captioned as an illustration rather than a customer's kitchen.
Local pages and a booking route
Each town covered has its own page, and every page leads to the same booking enquiry form or a tap to call.
The details
Small things that turn a visit into an enquiry
- A 'what you get back' list that sells the outcome, not the chore
- Photographs from the middle of the job, not only the end
- Booking and call buttons in the header
- A questions section covering timings and access
Everything described here can be seen on the live site at exeterovencleaning.co.uk. Project sizes vary; your five or ten page scope is agreed before we begin.
